MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Thanks to the efforts of Sisters Pickleball Club, Pineview Tennis Club and Sisters Park and Recreation District, SPC members will have exclusive use of Pineview Pickleball Courts.**

• SPC will have exclusive use of 6 courts from 7am - 1pm* Monday - Saturday.
• The SPC will provide organized play sessions regularly which will include Round Robins, Open Play, Skill based play, Ladies Play, etc.
• Members will be able to reserve courts during the Clubs exclusive use hours
• SPC will provide balls for all Club organized play.
• SPC will make available a Ball Machine to for any members use once trained.
• SPC from time to time may offer free or low cost lessons or clinics.
• SPC from time to time may hold special member's only socials and other events.
• SPC will endeavor to provide in-door play opportunities during the winter months. This opportunity involve another fee on top of the annual membership fee and is voluntary.
• Members will have voting rights in Sisters Pickleball Club as outlined in Club's By-Laws

Annual club memberships terms from April 1 - the following March 31st.

• Membership type is an Individual Membership.
• Membership is open to anyone 16 years and older.*
• Membership fee is $100/person/year - whenever you sign up. No proration.
• Membership renew with reminders sent at least 15 days prior to April 1 each year.
• Members can "Opt-in" to store payment information and have their membership renewals automatically paid.
• If member's have set up auto renewal and/or simply wish to cancel membership,  they can request cancellation anytime during their current term by emailing the club at:              . No refunds will be granted and member will still have access to the clubs' courts and sessions for remainder of their current term. This simply prevents unnecessary reminders and/or auto payments.

All new members must sign a Waiver of Liability. Members who are under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver for them. Click here to view waiver.

Sisters Pickleball Club reserves the right to terminate a membership for violation of our policies.  The Club's Board will determine if a violation has occurred. Depending on the type of violation, the Board has the sole discretion to offer warning(s) prior to termination or simply terminate the membership. The termination will be done in writing via email and if mailing address is available via postal service. No refund will be provided for any terminated membership.

• Sisters Pickleball Club reserves the right to cancel any organized play and close courts for reasons including but not limited to weather, natural disasters or other emergencies.
• Sisters Pickleball Club reserves the right to close courts from member reservations due to Club events or SPRD events (based on operating agreements with SPRD.)

• Sisters Pickleball Club reserves the right to make changes to this overall Membership Agreement and individual policies at any time without notice. Should a change effect the overall value of a membership the change will take effect at the beginning of the next membership term.
