Use form below to purchase Punch Cards with a credit card.  Zeffy uses Stripe for secure online payment processing.

PLEASE READ - THIS IS IMPORTANT: 

We use Zeffy to process our payments. They are a non-profit and do not charge credit card fees to other non-profits. However, they will ask donors (you) for a “tip” to cover those fees. Paying it is totally optional on donors' (your) part. This “tip” is added automatically by default to the “Summary” box at check out. 

You do not have to give Zeffy a “tip.”  

You can change the amount in that drop down to “other” and put “0” or leave it blank. You can also add a tip if you want to give something to Zeffy. Please check the TOTAL amount before completing sale to make sure you are paying what you want. We cannot give refunds for overpayments.

Keep your E-ticket to collect your punch card

After making a payment with Zeffy, you will receive an email with a link to an "E-ticket" with a QR code. Show this to the host at the gym to get your punch card.
